Rep privacy policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Rep is a Chrome extension that shows developer reputation and launch analysis for Solana tokens on Axiom, GMGN, Padre and BasedBot. It is read-only: it has no access to your wallet, your private keys or your trades, and it never signs or sends transactions.
What Rep sends to the Rep server
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Your access key | To check that you have an active subscription. |
| A random browser ID | Each access key works on one browser. The ID is random and contains nothing about you. |
| Token addresses shown on the page | To return the developer rank, bundle and copy checks for those tokens. |
Rep does not send your browsing history, page contents, wallet addresses, balances, or anything typed on a page. The server keeps a cache of token analysis (public blockchain data) and a log of when each access key was last used.
Buying access
When you buy a key, you pay in SOL from your own wallet; Rep never asks for or touches your wallet. The server keeps the order (plan, amount, time) and, once paid, the transaction signature and the paying wallet address, which are public on the Solana blockchain anyway. They are used only to deliver or extend your key and to answer payment questions.
The free day is limited to one per browser: the server keeps a one-way hash of the extension's random browser ID and of your network address with the time it was claimed, and nothing else.
Optional features (off until you turn them on)
| Feature | What happens |
|---|---|
| Tech check | When you click it, Rep opens the token’s own website in the background, notes which servers the site contacts, and closes it. Nothing is sent to the Rep server except the token address. |
| LARP check | When you click it, Rep opens a Google search (AI Mode) in a background tab with the token’s public X post and links, reads the answer and closes the tab. The search runs in your own browser under your Google account, like any search you make. |
| X account country | When you hover a token row, Rep asks x.com where the token’s public X account is based, using your existing x.com login in your browser. Your x.com session is never sent to the Rep server. |
Stored on your computer
Your settings, access key, cached results and the random browser ID are kept in Chrome’s extension storage on your computer. Uninstalling Rep deletes them.
Sharing and sale
Rep does not sell or share data with anyone, does not show ads, and does not use data for any purpose other than the features above. Data is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
Third parties
The Rep server reads public data from pump.fun, the Solana blockchain (via RPC providers), DexScreener and X’s public post embeds. These services receive token addresses or public post IDs, not information about you.
Contact
Questions or deletion requests: contact the person who gave you your access key, or the developer listed on the Chrome Web Store page.
